Anybody been recently?

Was there last week. Fished mostly tex rigs and c-rigs shallow. Not too many keepers but did have one 4+lber. I did meet a guy at the ramp who said he caught several keepers around boat docks with a shakey head with a sweet beaver on it.

Lol...sounds like it! We're going the 6th out of Long Shoals. We usually fish the 4th Sat. but threw that one in there so we're not fishing in December. I went up there yesterday and put a report on the other forum. When are ya'll going and where ya'll fishing out of?

went today....SUCKED!! Its been tough, a 60 boat tourney was won last week w/ 9 lbs... our club was won today w/ 7...Its real weird now....you have small windows early for lipless bite, and then about 2:00 the worm bite is on for a brief moment. I am by no means a master of this lake, but holy crap....its tough. I have heard several guides saying its very tough right now.

I heard the jig bite was getting a little better. Me and a buddy from DBK Lures is headed out Thursday morning for a little while!!!!


The other week when i went it was really slow, one keeper and two short fish... But my skill level is so low i do good to catch one fish each time i go....

I saw him in Claudes the other day and talked to him. Cool cat! I heard the senko bite is back on ....

I'm going Friday and Saturday for a club tx. The only word I'm getting is TOUGH! What are the water temps this week?

Sup dude... Need to come hang with us a little bit... Were normally here 3 or 4 days a week just chatting at around lunch time... Or hell, im here 6 days a week (Claudes)
