Drop me a line nearer your tourny date and I'll let you know what they are biting. We have a place up there and have fished Sinclair exclusively for the past fifteen years. Don't know all of it but have caught some decent fish there over the years. Several five to eight poundrs with one little over nine.
Probably not huge numbers to specifically target them, but they are there. That dirty water may keep them from aggressive proliferation, but only time will tell.

WHAT!??! Island and Rock creek have them, just look deeper.
