I bought a boat this spring that has a Evinrude 150 XP on it. I gave the guy a deposit and took it out to the lake for a test ride. Everything seemed to run good and the boat did well. I then took it to a boat mech and had him chick it out. Ended up needing a new rectifier and the magnets on the fly wheel. Got it back from him and the motor has been running good. A little cold natured on the first start of the day and it seemed a little hesitant if you tried to give it full power straight out of the hole. Other than that, it ran fine. We took it out today for the first time in about 2 weeks. Backed it into the water and tried for 15-20 minutes to start it and got nothing. I got it back home and pulled a couple of the plugs to see if I was getting any fire and had none. I am going to try one of the spark plug testers to see if I can get any spark that way, but I am thinking there will not be any. It is getting plenty of gas to the cylinders and I do not have a kill switch on it(yea, I know, I need to get one for it). Any how, Just wondering if there were any suggestions out there so I can start eliminating things.
