Here is a link to a calculator I made a while ago to give you an idea of which ramps on Allatoona are open, and how much water they have. Of course, this information is based on the accuracy of the COE's ramp elevations. At 3 feet, the Corp closes the ramp (well, that is their policy at least) so that is when the calculator calls it closed.

Thank God for tandem trailers,as my rear axel went off the end off the middle ramp at Blockhouse Saturday......we were gonna try and fish the DSM tourney with you guys,but it was just too cold to get out of my warm bed
I think our club (Marietta Bassmasters)is gonna be there with you guys on the 8th....There are supposed to be 2 permitted tourneys that day.....I sure hope there won't be any others,or it'll be slow launching and retrieving

The middle ramp at the Blockhouse is susposed to be the long one too. There is a theory about why people are dropping off of it. That is the ramp that the 18 wheelers launch the houseboats off of. A lot of people think the weight of those boats and trailers cracked the ramp and a piece either broke off or is sitting strangly. My buddy has an aqua view, and we are going to try and get a good look at it, but we have to wait for the water to clear up on that end. And feel free to come over and introduce yourself on the 8th! I'll be the younger guy taking all the money in the AM. They call me Chris...LOL
Chris....I spoke too soon....seems our tourney director recieved notice just today,that our permit was revoked.....I guess we'll be voting for another lake to fish at our meeting Thursday.....geez,the corps sure has it's head up it's AZZ

The Corp called me this morning, and it sounds like you guys should be set. There is going to be 3 tourneys going out that day. Two are at first light and one at 8am. Which is you guys? If they still arn't letting you guys go, if you all don't mind a $25 entry fee, we could all fish as one big group and then you can just pull out your members weights for points?
I might try to make it on the 8th Chris to fish with you guys.
