Is Lake Hartwell still down?

I was thinking about running up to Hartwell, Russell or Clarks Hill but apparently they have been low in the water department.

Anyone know how low those lakes are or what the fishing has been like on the Savannah river chain lakes lately?

russell is about a foot low maybe 2 at most, hartwell and the hill are at least 5-6 ft down. still hot summer pattern give it a few weeks to maybe cool down. russell is never more then 4-5 ft down since if any lower they cannot make electric.
