Homemade Push Pole

Anyone have ideas or pictures about a homemade push pole? Heading down to FL in March for a tourney, don't want to spend $$ on something I'll use for 2 days---but I think it'll be useful to get in the weeds w/o a TM...

I made one a few years back.. 10' of 1" pvc and some fittings.. Does the trick.

1 1/2 wooden dowel from home depot....about 12 ' long is about right....

go to a high school or college and see if they have a broken javelin pole thats what i did and fiberglassed the end

Cut a piece of bamboo down and cut it to length you want. Its what I have used in the past.

Yea, bout $6 for the glue and all, IIRC..
