Eds back surgery is over he had it done on Tue. Ed called me earlier today and they had him sitting up ,looks like he will go to rehab facility for a few days before he can go home

Yes I had mine Dec 30 and I'm getting closer and closer to putting a fishing pole back in my hands..

Lou I will let you know, I'm going to try and see him tomorrow if my neck doesnt hurt when I wake up tomorrow, that is if I can find him when we talked yesterday he wasn't sure where he was going to be hospital,rehab or home.

Been doing good George. You and Ed get healed up, I'm heading back down next winter and plan to gets some breakfast with you guys and do a little fishing!

I talked to Ed yesterday. He seems like he's in a good bit of pain.

He's putting the boat in storage for a while, and says it'll be "a few months" before he's out fishing again.

Ed, we're thinking about ya' take it slow and we'll see you on the water soon enough
