So I went there this weekend for my 2nd time ever and really liked it. I know got a couple of small fish but im sure it was because of the weather. So my new question is there any tournaments in that lake coming up anytime soon?Thanks again guys for all the info.

yep,david thomas and chris stalnaker.thats 3 weekends in a row w/ over 20+ lbs.wish hed tell me where. if i could get him a arig to use up in s-c this weekend it might help.

There's a bass club named West Hernando Bass Club that has a open tour. every month they have a web site but its hard to find prolly google will find it for you
bassmasters of gator country is in gainesville you can join it.we are fishing rouseau this weekend and then the suwannee next month to end the season.
That sounds great ! I have been wanting to join but have had such a busy 2 years since we moved down here that I have just not had the time. But I do plan on joining once the new season starts!
