WOW! Apparently I started this mess. I am the one who posted the pic of my 8 year old holding a blue crab he caught. He really wanted to post it on the BBC website so I did. The thread had a couple comments that were not all that bad but I was afraid it "WAS" going to go further south so I asked Steve to delete it which he did. My 8 year old is a good innocent little boy and this is a grown up fishermans website. "My mistake" and I apologize. I should never have posted a pic of him on here in the first place. Steve I personally want to apologize to you! I am sorry. You did what I believe was the right thing and were apparently questioned about it. "I understand".

NOTE- Al reposted the thread but one of the comments is removed. (and that is not a jab at Al by any means)

John.....you have nothing to apologize for. I fully understand that you thought the thread would go further south and asked Steve to delete it. He decided to clean it up and then locked it so the pic could stay up. Made perfect sense, but John and I simply asked why and then we end up with this.

got to love being the one in charge Al................its never easy...............I think everyone did the right thing.........some people take more things personally than others; and thats not necessarily a bad thing............but sometimes it can complicate things

Just for the record, I didn't edit the thread at all, Steve had edited it before he locked it and then later deleted it. I simply put the thread back up as it was when Steve deleted it.

Hey guy's! I'm sorry me kidding around turn this into a big old mess. I got kids myself. I just thought I'd be humorous. You see alot of that on the site at times. I did not in anyway mean to cause any problems for anyone, ones so ever. I am sorry to the people I did cause problems for. I like this site and am here to make friends and learn things that can help me. And help people along the way. Not cause problems. Sorry for doing so!
