    Thinking about tring TOHO this weekend any advise?

    Is there any flippin fish to be had there right now? And what ramp do you guys suggent using? I have never been down there before.

    I believe I heard the water temp in Toho was 56 degrees this morning...might be a slow bite...

    I was there for the last two weeks fishing was verry slow, but on 2-19 the temps were 56 and rising it shuld be on fire verry soon. good luck.
