Ok looks like Lake Mitchell has won the voting for June 4th. We will launch from the Higgins Ferry ramp. Tournament hours will be from safe light till 3:00.
The launch site has changed to Hatchet Creek. Here is the map.

Maybe even 5:10am, I took off at 5:20 yesterday morning and didn't even need lights.

What is the name of the ramp and is there a launch fee? It looks like you run county road 27 into the lake but since I'm coming in the dark for the first time, I want to make sure I don't miss it.

Also, how far is it to the main lake? It looks like it is quite a run. Can you run the creek all the way out? I've never been back in Hatchett before so was wondering if I can run all the way out or if you have to be careful where you run.

You can run WOT to the main lake......taking care to "round" the islands at the main lake shore line........yes.....27 N off of hwy 22 looks to be what will get us there.......I don't know bout ramp fees
