    guntersville state park questions

Thinking of staying at the state park Oct. 9-15 and doing some tent camping.
    1. At the boat ramp is there a pier to tie boat up to while parking truck?
    2. Are the bath house cleaned maintained well?
    3. Is the campground reasonably safe from theft & crime?

Awesome place to stay! And secure. After I think 8 or 9 pm. There is a guard at the entrance that stays there all night. Your not getting in there without a permit saying where you are staying in the park.

hoping to maybe stay in a tent lakeside, build campfire, relax, wake up early and fish all day for two or three days, my idea of a vacation anyway.
