SoAl signup to fish Yates 7-3-10

Yates Lake(middle pond) has won the vote for the July tournament. Tournament hours will be from safe daylight till 1:00. Entry fee again will be $20 entry $10 big fish and $5 per person in boat(max 2) petty cash fund. Be early for paperwork to be done. Be sure to have insurance info.

How cool is that?!? My grandson, who just turned six, fished with his dad in his first tournament with us NoAl guys at Weiss a couple of months ago and had an absolute blast. Of course, it didn't hurt that he managed to put a keeper in the livewell!

He usually puts more in the boat than his dad does so maybe he will get a few and help the cause. he has about as many poles as me to. he has asked about the tournament everyday since i told him so he is getting pretty pumped up. makes me proud.

Eddie just found out we have allstar games this week starting Thursday.With there daddy ball picks it will moore than likely be 2 and a B que. So I'm going to try to still be there.Bama Skeeter will be there.

To short notice for this one but I would like to try this lake sometime. Is the launch site down by the Dam? (county rd 30)

Would luv to have you join us. We have a great bunch of guys that fish's with us.
Yes that is the ramp. I think there are two other ramps on the lake up in the creeks, but this one is the biggest and nicest. It has never been crowded anytime I have been there.

That might be a stretch Some of us are great....the others, well you will have to judge for yourself

We certainly like to have new BBC'rs collect a few dollars off of us and have some fun fishing while doing it.
