CoAl results for 3/20/10

Well first off I would like to thank you guys for your support specially to Mike and Traveis seeing as how they live a good distance. We had a good turnout, great weather (other than the wind) and even better time. We had 5 boats and all 5 boats brung fish back. Mikeaugustine and his partner Sean had one fish for fifth. Fishhook and his grandfather bagged fourth with 3 fish weighing in at 4.27. Third was a knock out drag out with jaylaw having 2 fish that was only .03 of a pound smaller than fisher127 and yellowsally at 5.41. Fisher127 and yellowsally placed second with 5 fish at 5.44. Chippybullet and myself took first and lunker with 4 fish weighing 6.39 and big fish weighing 2.93. Hope everyone had a great time and can't wait to get back on the water with this group of guys.

Had a great time today fishing with everybody. Nice to meet Jaylaw too. I hope Mike and Sean enjoy it sent they come so far to fish with all of us. Hope to see all you next month.

Same here guys It is nice to put faces with names, for those that havent fished big creek lake before...welcome to it. It can be a very frustrating lake to fish, but can also put out 20Lbs in a short period of time. Look fwd to fishing again next month. The Delta might possibly be normal by then if we dont get too much "spring Rains".

PS- Brandon I though you said in the AM that the 9 inch limit applied to crappie, not bass...

I got to thinking about it and realized all the hell I caught with that 12 inch squeaker me and chip had last event that's the reason Traveis and Tommy didn't want there picture taken. They had 5 sqeakers. I need to start watching there livewell a little closer

Good turnout...and glad to see everyone caught something. Wish I could make it, but from now until November sometime, I'll likely have to work on Saturday mornings. But maybe I will take some time off later on so I can fish with you guys. At least that way, you'd all know you'd have someone you wouldn't have to worry about outfishing.

I worked hard for the three better fish of the four. Thomas all I have to do is annoy the piss out of mine and she is doing everything she can to help me get on the water faster.

Had a great time, guys. It is worth the drive to fish with good people and learn new waters. Too bad it wasn't a jackfish tournament. How would you all feel about coming my direction a little bit for one of these?? Maybe Perdido??? Just throwing it out there.

Sorry I wan't able to fish this month. Hopefully, we can schedule the tourny in June or later to be held on Perdido River. It is still in Ala. That is a good river to fish as well. I will be back soon fishing with you guys, and hopefully my partner hasn't abandoned me and picked up a new guy.

Hey guys, I wouldn't vote on Perdido for this next meet. The only decent launch I know of has another logjam on the entry to the main river. Should be cleared by the date we fish, but I wouldn't take the chance. We would be confined to a 1 mile circle and no access to the main river if it was still jammed up.
