    I do not know, when I registered they sent an e-mail stating that I was on the waiting list. When I called back with a boater link, they confirmed it and sent an e-mail confirmation the following day.

    Could be - I think it rained every tournament I fished last year but one, and I don't expect it to be any different this year.
