We just spent a long weekend on a no wake lake and towards the end our 200 HO E-Tec was running really sluggish. At idle speed it was seemed as though she was sputtering and running inconsistently. Anyone experience this? I'm gonna get her out tomorrow and run to see if I can "blow the cobwebs out".
Try crawling on your hands & knees all day. You will feel sluggish too at the end of the day. Just a short WOT blast to clean the plugs will work wonders.
Mine does the same thing, it was running out of gas at no wake speed. I pump the bulb and it runs fine again for a least five minutes then pump again. At plane speeds and above its fine?? I'm taking it to the dealer next week, I'll post the problem, but my guess is the fuel pump. I have a 225 Etech H.O.
