me ethier lol we fished a 12 hour tourny with my club last friday night there and 7 lbs won and i had 3.73 with 4 fish! that sucks lol
I talked to a freind of mine I go to church with and friday morning he landed a 9lber on a spinnig reel with 6 lb line. He fishes there nearly every day ,hes retired, and all he will use is small chartruse green grub.
I might have to try that. Heck ain't got nothing to loose.
carried my wife yesterday and we caught about 25 crappie, had a good day brought them home and had us a fish fry
he even used a grub when we went for red fish
and it was some good eating last night to

Bearcreekbullet there's not a lot to fishin' that lake
1. rod& reel/canepole your preferrence
2. so much fishin' tackle you almost sink the boat or over load the truck
3. bank fish/boat which ever you can afford
4. will power/stuburn streak which ever causes you to fish like there's no tomorrow
That's all you need Trust me that's what I take with me everytime I go up there.
All I need to figure out is how to find and catch some fish over 10 inches long
