Did you try to order one online at the outdoors alabama site? Im not sure how someone from out of the country buys one. When I went to Tenn for a week I had to go into a Walmart to get a license b/c the tenn online system would not allow out of state purchases. If you cant find a way to get one on you own you could call some of the local guides. I would think some of them may have had clients from out of the country and could point you in the right direction.
I heard that only in alabama would someone think Ontario was a state.I think you can get one at Wallmart.Call your local Wallmart and check.
