First I want to thank everyone that was able to come out today!. We had a great turn out today. 9 boats! Almost enough for 3 places but maybe next time. We got to meet some great new people. I hope you guys can fish with us some more in the future. You guys are welcome to vote on our lake to fish every month. We only ask that if you vote you sincerely plan on attending if your vote wins. Remember we're alway the FIRST Saturday in the month.

As for the fishing, it was tough. But, we had a lot of full sacks. However, I don't think much culling went on. The lake itself was beautiful today. Winds weren't too bad either.

Also We had a 3 way tie for Big Fish!

Thanks to Joey for breakfast, fuel for the day of hard fishing and Rick feeding us so we could make it home. Thanks to Jack for showing me around on the lake. Keeping to me from running aground and putting us on some fish. It was a tuff day but we did have 5 fish. It was great to meet the new guys and welcome them back anytime, even tho they did take our money

Rick must have ate too much BBQ cause he led us on an adventure on the way home.

1 We take a different route home than that was suggested (which involved a turn around)

2 We break the law by going through a 4way stop wide open (there was a car stopped at the sign on the right thinking what a fool we were)

3 We get into Sylacaga going down main street with all these people lining the side walks waiting on the parade that was just about to start. I look at Rick in front of me with his hand out the window waving like some beauty queen.

IT had to be something in that BBQ because we had to make a turn around and we were using a GPS unit. Had to turn around and come back by were we eat at. It had us to turn left and then a right at stop, a few miles down the road it had us turning around and coming back.?? Jason must have set it up wrong

The man did try to kill me, while he was talking on the cell phone, i was like umm stop sign, ummmmm stop sign, ummmmmmmmm oh let me grab something cause i am bout' to die!!!!!! thank goodness it was a 4 way stop, and ole eddie came right through beind us (law abiding citizen my rear!)!!!! Man that was close, the turn around (we were using GPS) but ole Rick thought it was the "next left", I was like nope when it dings it means you need to turn now Oh and the Parade, man what a nightmare that could have been, but yes Rick was waving with the best of Prom Queens Even asked if we should stop and watch the parade, told him I love to if Mobile was not three hours away. Man that was an eventful ride, enjoyed every minute of it!!!!!!

Joe,....you were missed........I need for you to come join us soon and help me defend my honor.......they have been ganging up on me!....I mean just one small error that could have killed 3 or 4 people and they get bent outta shape.......... where is their sense of adventure?.......Joe I know that if you would have been riding with me we both would have blown through the 4 way stop yelling Wheeeeeeeee, with our arms up waving and then laughing our asses off! .........come on and join us Joe....we miss you!

Thanks, but there is nothing special about me. I just praise....God.... that I have the health to fish hard and enjoy every minute of it. It's not all about winning or loosing, but how you enjoy playing the game.
