Northern Chapter sign up here to fish Logan Martin on 1/20/07

Logan Martin has been selected as the lake to fish on the 20th of January. We launched that last couple of times from Town & Country (? BP station) just south of Lakeside Landing on US-231 and it's worked out very well so I propose that we keep it there unless anyone has any other suggestions.

NOTE: There has been a change in launch location!! We will be launching from Lakeside Landing instead of Town & Country as previously planned!!

if you guys dont mind fishing out of Lakeside i can fish. im fishing a club tourney out of there the same day. if not i wont be able to make it because i dont think it would be fair to either club for me to weigh at 2 different sites

That's only 80 miles or so, isn't it? A lot of it is interstate and should only take just over an hour to get there. I understand it, though, what with school and all.

Logan Martin is right at 170 miles from the Florence area and it usually take me about three hours each way to drive it. Let's see.....a six hour round-trip drive for an 8+ hour tournament.....I must really be nuts! Sure is a lot of fun, though!!

I don't think y'all will have enough water to put in at town and country. It is a bad ramp when the water is down. I would suggest lakeside which is right next door.

I've got other plans for the weekend or I would join you guys.

I will, however, give my honey hole away to the first person that sends me an IM. I've had 14lbs each day, in the past 2 weeks, on tournaments down there.

Okay, guys, we need some input on where to launch Saturday. I don't have a problem launching from either one as long as the ramp's open but we need to make some sort of decision soon!!

Either one is fine with me. Lakeside is better if there isn't a large tournament coming out of it.
