Well I gave the Southern boys plenty of time to pull out Millers Ferry but they quit voting for some reason. It's been 10 days since a vote has been placed so Guntersville won by one vote this time.

Sign up here to fish this event and I will keep a list of attendees in this post. Wyeth Park public ramp has been a good place to launch but if you would like to launch at another ramp just let me know and I'll change it. Let me know what time you guys want to meet at the ramp and I will post it here.

Meeting time at the ramp is 4:30am and weigh-in time will be 3:00pm.

The Wyeth Drive boat ramp is really easy to get to. If you're coming down US-431 from Huntsville, go through the town of Guntersville and Wyeth Drive is on the left just after you cross over the bridge/causway over Spring Creek. Turn left on Wyeth Drive (there's a sign there directing you to Covenant Cove) and the ramp's probably no more than 150 feet or so on the left.

We have always used Brown Creek ramp before, why the change? Brown Creek ramp has more parking. But I'll show up where ever we decide to launch.

I will be fishing the Kick'n Bass Tournament out of Goosepond that day if I am in town. Right now, I am scheduled to be in North Carolina that day.

Otherwise, I would be glad to fish one of these again (especially on Guntersville). I keep looking for more opportunities.

Alan, I thought you fished with us on that Cooold Jan. 22, 2005 day when we launched from Wyeth Park ramp. Avery had some photos of us freezing but looks like he has removed them. When we fished Guntersville in July of '05 we launched from Brown's Creek. I didn't catch any fish then either.

See if this refreshes your memory, Alan! Thiis was at the Wyeth Park ramp in Jan '05 when you and Harry took first place yet again! And Winn's right - it was C-O-L-D!!
