can any of you guys give me some help on guntersville?

goin to the southern rally this may but i will be there the whole first week of may and am lookin for some tips and ideas on where to go and what to do
and i am also lookin for somewhere close to covent cove to camp with a RV that has electric sites as well

the only place i have found is the state park up the lake a ways and i would really like to be as close to all the rest of the rally guys as possible

Luke, I've been checking for a closer campground but haven't come up with anything for you yet. The state park is really nice but it is maybe a 15 minute drive from CC. If your wife likes to shop the outlet stores Boaz is the place and it's not far away. People come from all over to shop the outlet stores in Boaz. Just be aware that you'll drop some bucks there...it's that kind of place where the women like to spend the day.

Your going to have a ball on Guntersville Lake. It's a beautiful place that time of the year and the fishing is great. Just be aware that if a storm blows up a strong wind.....head to shore fast.

no wife but my Dad will be commin with me so we will be doin a lot of fishin
i am gonna call CC and see if they hopefully have a RV hook up if not there are a few other guys that are gonna check around and see if there is any around close

Boaz is dead now. We went up there end of the year and probably 15% of the stores are still open
