    Wheeler tourney

This Saturday there is a benefit tournament at Riverwalk Marina. The fee is $50 the time is 6am to 2pm. That is all I know about it can probably get more info at the bait shops in the Decatur area. A tournament August just don't happen to many times.

The Flyer I have doesn't say who or what it benefits. The kicker in this one is no dead fish. I have a bad feeling there will be alot of dead fish since half the goobs around here can't keep em alive in March.

Mark you are right. Plus with the water temps bumping 90, it takes some work to keep your fish in good shape. But I like the idea of no dead fish. I stopped by and saw the flyer, I am going to call the guy this morning and get some details. will post later. Now if I can get Mark to tell me where the 4 pounders are hiding I will be in good shape

Kerry i found em yesterday afternoon but since our classic is Saturday night I better keep em to myself. But I will say you are going to need 100lb braid and a push pole to get to em.

Yeah Mark, as I went over the bridge I thought I saw your truck parked down by the dumpster. I got the name of the flyer for the benefit T this weekend. It said contct Keith 256-974-6992 but nobody was home. Good luck in the classic Mark!

Eric, Man I tell ya Mark gets to fish entirely too much. I think he needs a wife, ex-wife and a couple kids..... That would level the playing field then The dude was smart

    Re: Wheeler tourney (Eric B)

Boys a long time ago I used to play ball and all that crap then I got my priorities right. I actually fish less now than I did a few years ago. The only downside to fishing so much is crap like yard work. I was trimming the bushes last night at 11 and will probably be mowing the grass tonight about the same time. To say the least the crepe myrtles looked better in the dark than they did this morning. LOL. I am just lucky to have a very understanding GF.

Kerry you need to tell Eric I now have the 27 yamaha prop worked by Mark Croxton and I just got in one that Rich Boger worked. We need to try em on his stratos and see what they will do. The one Mark worked picked up 3 mph in this heat. The Bogerized one should be as fast or faster. I also have a Blueprinted 29 that is a dog out of the hole but that prop will fly on top end. I think we can get the ole 201 close to 80 with on of my props.
