2006 200 opti shifting hard????????

I took my 2006 opti out today for first time this season. It has been about 5 months since ran last. Shifting hard from nuetral to forward or reverse. Then when i would put it in nuetral it sounds like it is reving a high. I took cowl off and it seems to be moving freely. When it feels tight in forward u can spin prop and feels like it goes in gear. any ideas would be great.

Mine is like that first thing on a cold morning, especially if the motor is trimmed up.
