I'm about to buy a hydraulic jack plate for my boat. I currently have a ten inch manual jack plate on it. Should I stay with a ten inch hydraulic or should I go up to a twelve inch? Any help is greatly appreciated.

i wouldnt go any larger than the 10 "...... most people say that 8" is all thats needed to make them run.....
