I am looking at switching to a single console boat. What years are single consoles available in the Stroker hull....I ran Bullets for 15 years then switched to a Gambler 2 years ago, I love the Gambler but wife wants a single console for more room in the boat. do you guys reccomend the single console boats? I think the boats are 100% composite from 1999 on. Is this correct ? Thanking you guys in advance.

You are correct I believe. There may be some 1998 that are composite to. They dont make the single consoles any more. The single consoles are the older boats like 1998 and older I think. Im sure some guys will help you.
Findind a single console stroker is going to be nearly impossible
It would be easy enough to have Keith (Dentguy) remove the extra console if you wanted a newer Stroker that has dual consoles.
I talked to Mr. Chub one day for a while about the single console. He rode as a passenger in one at speed.........and doesn't recommend it for anyone..............................
JMHO, I have run a single console since 1998 and my father-in-law has had 5 dual consoles in the last 15 yrs. No comparison, the single console has more floor room and out-fishes a dual console as far as comfort.

Why get killed running 100mph when fishing ?? If you are racing, then your partners should stay at home or on the bank fishing!!! LMAO!
These boats run easily at 100+ with the correct set up/motor/driver, fully loaded going fishing, so why not let her eat.............

From what I have been told, it's kind of like owning a unicorn. You've heard about them, but have never seen one.
I wouldnt trade mine for a new dually !!
she complains that the other console interferes with her fishing, boating fish, and her ability to see. Can't argue with her. I bought the dual console to make her happy when running, but she says it takes up all the floor space in the boat and just gets in the way. Can't argue with her. She outfishes me most of the time anyway. She is a jigworm fishin fool.
You are extreemly fortunate to have a wife that likes to ride in a fast boat let alone fish. I have been married for 38 1/2 yrs and had a bass boat for 26 years and can count the number of time she has been in a bass boat on one hand. I would love for her to be interested in my sport/fun time. I think its a thril to run fast, she thinks I am out of my mind.
