Met my first Stroker

Nathan brought his Stroker to the Southern Rally, my first up close look at these boats. Was impressed with the layout, finish was excellent all the way. What impressed me the most was the ride. I have a Stratos 201 Evolution/300 yammie ph 3, and have had many compliments on the soft ride, and it does ride good. Nate and I ran back into a good wind blowing right down the middle of the lake. Had a pretty good chop for several miles. We were running 50-55 mph, was just the right speed to step over the waves. Nate's boat was steady as a rock, at least as smooth as mine, and maybe better. Was really impressed with how well the boat handled the chop. Crossed some good sized wakes mixed in, was just solid as a rock. We caught and passed a couple boats of other brands that were not riding nearly as good as we were. I was impressed

PS: How did the 30 ASX run?

I didn't run it, it looked great on Nathan's boat, we adjusted plugs a little, got it to launch. You should see the water that bitch pumps when it breaks over. Looks like a fire hydrant blasting out of the back..............

His is not pinned yet. BTW; I was not in the Stroker, I was riding beside him in my boat. OP sounded like I was a passenger

Appreciate that comments guys. The 30 ASX ran great once we changed out a PVS plug. I ran it again today and the more I run it, the more impressed I am.

As for the Stabil comment.....you guys aint gettin nothing out of me.

On the lightning gearcases I was told not to pin them because they have some type of notching in the carrier that prevents the carrier from spinning.
