Foot oil is aqua green.

I just bought a 1998 225 Johnson Venom, I checked the foot oil Friday afternoon and it was aqua green color and it spewed out of the holes(into my face). I drained it and filled it back up. Fished a tx on Sat. and checked the oil when i got home, it turned back the same color(and spewed in my face again ). Any ideas.

Sounds like you're overfilling it.

Looks like you have a leaking seal. Water makes it that color.

Is that something i can replace or do i need to put it in the shop

Depends if you have the needed tools to do the job. You need to be able to remove the rear bearing carrier from the lower unit. And a seal puller to get it out.
