    Help!!! Recessed trolling motor tray.....

    Just bought a 2014 Tracker 175TF. Watched about 100 videos on where and how to cut the hole. Cut my vinyl to install the tray and there are 4 screws that are screwed into what I believe is the hollow aluminum rails right smack dab in the middle of where the hole needs to be cut. Anyone expierence this and if so can I somehow work around this????

    When I did mine (99' PT175) I c-notched a 'support', ran it that way for another 10 years without an issue.

    had to notch 2013 txw bout 1.5 inches BEST THING I EVER DONE I LOVE IT
