I AM NEW TO SITE NEED HELP FOR THOSE WHO WILL LISTEN
I HAVE A 377A JAVELIN WITH 150 MERC HAVE TRIED MERCURY PROPS 21 22
3BLADE TO MANY RPMS NO SPEED BROUGHT 24 TURBO SAME PROBLEM
BUT I HAVE A 25 TEMPEST PULLED PLUGS OUT HAVE PROBLEM TAKE-OFF BUT RPM 5800 GPS 61 MPH MOTOR IS LOWERED ALL THE WAY DOWN

When you say motor lowered all the way down what do you mean. Do you know how to measure what the prop to pad distance is? If not you may want to look in the set up board and then start by setting you prop at between 3 and 3.5" below the pad.
