May Be stupid Question? 1999 17ft javelin venom drain problem

I cant seem to figure why the drain I guess on the floor between the 2 seats wont
drain? I took the 4 screws and cover off and shop vac the water out and I dont see
a hole anywhere. All I see is foam insulation and a empty area about 12" down.
There is one spot where I can see a little of the hull. but that is it. I tried poking aroung with a screw driver to find the drain hole.I tried water pressure I tried like a clogged pipe and I even shot compressed air into while I sealed off the top. I just
cant figure it out. I'm so frustrated Because I just bought the boat a week ago and
noticed that water just sits in the whole. Please Help !!!! I am about to just fill the hole with foam and drill one whole on each side . Please give advice. Thanks

Never had a problem with mine. Should just drain into the keel, back to the bilge area. Can you post some pics?
