i did one in my 1999 273, nothing under there but TONS of foam..

I'm in the process of getting the SawsAll ready. I just took these picts today. Slid the camera down the bow panel.
Straigth down the middle. My boat has a livewell in the front jsut behind the pole.
then to the right you can seen my rod tubes. then to the left (drivers side) Looks pretty clear on mine.

I installed one in my old 278, no problems at all.
I installed one in my 1997 VR282. You will have to notch the front of the storage compartment wall. No big deal, it is a relatively thin plastic.
