The 186 is not related to any of the boats you listed. It is a hull all by itself. It does share some things with the 176. The 176 was such a hot seller when it came out, that Stratos stretched it a little and made a 186.

They did that for the fellas that wanted a little more HP in their rigs. Both models were made to compete with the Tracker aluminum rigs in the same price range.
