2002 115hp Johnson (2 stroke)- Changing Prop Shaft Seal

I need to change my prop shaft seal. I was wondering if anyone had any detailed instructions they could send me as I'd like to avoid having to go to the dealer for this work to be done (long delay). I've never changed a prop shaft seal before but heard it wasn't too difficult a job.

You should be able to get a service manual that will explain it all for about 40 bucks.
