If they are charging anything close to what I was quoted by a Board Sponsor yesterday on a 202 Elite, (57+K) I doubt they will sell very many.
earl...Confusing....it seems your question posted twice. The date and time are identical. I answered the post on this question when it posted the first time. If you scroll down the page a bit, you will see your post and my response that they are indeed being built, and have received a great write-up from a former Champion Representative.
Ohirolina....not sure what's up with that. I seem to remember hearing a rough estimate of $45K neighborhood for the 202 and in the 50s for the 210. Sadly, all quality boat prices keep climbing...along with labor charges, materials costs, and so on...
Edit....just got email from the factory, and the 202 is near what I just said, depending on options selected. Someone gave you some bad info for that rig!
It was a dealership that is obviously going to starve to death quoting those prices. I was stunned and actually POd when you add that price to the 4-5K under book value that he said my boat was worth.
Upper fourties depending on options for a 202 would be real close guys. The 210 would be upper fifties depending on options.
I'm wondering if the dealer accidentally quoted the 210 price. He's going to hurt himself unless he figures it out....
