Hello my name is chris and i am proud to be a stratos owner...Just picked up my new to me 03 200 pro xl dual console I flew from ma to fl and rented a truck which happened to be a 16ft box the smallest vehicle that they would let me tow and drove back to ma...I have a few questions about these boats that I will ask tommorrow when I wake up it's been a long 24 hr ride just wanted to say hi

i took some 1500 wet paper and sand the bottom i think most of it will come out once i buff it the scratches are from the bunks the rug peeled off a little i need to fix it asap the cracks on the top are not that bad it from impact there is another spot on the white only on passanger side nothing on drivers so it isnt structual
so it has a 24 pitch prop with no jackplate is that fine looking for recommendations for a good setup
Get a plate on it and try a 25 fury. Preferrably, an 8 inch plate.

thanks .. guys now the jackplate i dont want to spend much cause im pretty broke now but could i just get a manual plate or does it need the hrdro also how do u set it up im sure u cant just put it on and go right??? also the props is the lower the pitch the faster or is it the other way
Get a 6 inch manual and a 26 pitch Tempest. Low humidity 77gph, high humidity 74gph all day long... Nice boat... Dan

beautiful boat, must have been a helluva deal to fly down, rent a truck and long drive home, I love the colors, as for setup, I would get with someone that has the same boat and see what they are doing

With a 200?
I would go 8" on the plate. I had 6 and had to add 2" to get to drive halfway decent.
also i want to replace the trolling motor and fishfinders, they drilled 1 in holes for the 3 buttons on the deck does anyone know where i can get some kind of plugs for them?? and will the lowrance 522i or the hd5 fit in the dash and up front or am i pretty much stuck with those they are x87 and a x70?
if anybody is interested in them make an offer as well
