Three year service Etec HO

Its comming up on my three year service on my 0/6 225 Etec HO. What kind of moneywill i be paying for shop fees,parts, labor.

spark plugs,water pump,filters,lower unit oil,run software diagnostics i changed my own lower unit oil and plugs and it cost me around 200.00 last year.i would guess around 300.00 give or take.
