New Seats - Seats Re-Upholstered??? New Owner Wanting to Get Seats Fixed

I've just bought a buddies '97 201 Pro Elite - I need to get the seats replaced. Should I have a local shop take care of this or can (should) I send these to the factory for replacement. Just looking for new buckets as I want the middle seat to be a step.

I've checked them out and sent them an inquiry.

Another question I guess is can i just buy a set to fit an older model 201 from the factory? I've looked on the Stratos website and I would like to have a set of buckets like ones that come on the new boats and two leaning butt seats. I don't want a center seat and I don't want a rear seat. Is there someone at the factory who I might talk to or do I have to go through their dealer network?

That's a lot of good info for a new owner. Yep, that's what I got in the seating tab. That's not what I want, however. I'd like to get away from that design and go to something more contemporary. I just need to find out if I can get some of the newer seats and if they'll retrofit.

Well, my legs have gone numb from sitting down all this time. After three calls and conversations w/C&O, I've gotten no where.

After 15 minutes of conversation with the BC factory regarding fit and specifications, I've decided to buy a complete set from BassCat - I even designed them on line. Bad thing is they'll take 5 weeks to get here. Now, I'm going to try and convince them to build me a custom trailer too.

Wonder why their fan base is so avid??
