    21 ss

I have a 2000 Stratos 21 ss with a 2000 225 Evinrude I run a Renegade 131/2 x 25 prop (4 Blade). The handling is grate but i would like so speed. Any ideas?? A friend gave me a Viper 141/4 x23 (3 Blade) He told me it would give some speed but what about the handling? What are your thoughts? Forgot to add i am running a 8" jackplate

I'm no expert, but that smaller prop won't help you. Try playing with the jackplate before you do anything else.

I have a 99 21ss I am running a 26 raker with a 6 in plate have a 8 in coming. I can turn a 26 6000 rpms in the right water speed around 72 but my prop is also worn need to send to todd morgan. dont waste you time with the 23 you will turn to many rpm,s. But a 3 blade is always faster than a 4 blade but not as stable. Try a really good 24 raker or a good 26 raker.

Boat will not run 75, too heavy.
