I am looking at purchasing a 94 Stratos 268 with a 115 Evinrude. Does anyone have experince with this boat? Any opininions?

I have had one since 1996. The lay out it good. I wouldn't take on any super rough water with one but good solid boat. Mine has an 88 hp Johnson so I am not familiar with the speed of one with a 115.
I don't know where we are, but we are making darn good time.

It's a floating tank! Rides good, lots of room for the size........my #2 store just sold a DC model....it didn't last long
As has been mentioned, 268's are great little boats. I had a brand spankin new 1995 268DC/130 Rude and couldn't have asked more for a 1st NEW boat. If you have found one and its to your liking then I would highly suggest one. However, if your just looking for a small basser in that size range I would also look for a 273 Stratos. They were 17'3" (only 7" longer) and were rated for a 150 (and they would haul the mail with a 150!). they had MUCH more storage and much bigger front/rear decks.
