Need Spark Advance Link Assy for XP200

I have an 89 XP200 model # E200STLCEB. There is a part called a "link assembly" for the "spark advance" that I broke. The Evinrude part # is 0432095 and is #81 in the drawing. It is listed as NLA by Evinrude. Does anyone know where I can find this part? You would think that someone would still have one laying around.

Look at the same part on a 1994 E200STLERK, You will need all the internals for the link as they have changed to a screw and lock nut instead of the knob.
