Read this thread from beginning to end today. Very well done, my hat is off to you and all your helpers! FWIW, I add an appropriate amount of Seafoam fuel treatment every time I add fuel to feed my Mercury Optimax. This helps keep the fuel/fuel system conditioned and cleaned and provides an added bonus of keeping it winter storage ready. Never a worry about end of season fuel treatment issues.

Awesome job, thread, documentation and pics. Back in my racing days, I could build and tear down a hemi in my sleep, but to tear into a modern outboard is intimidating to me. Congratulations!
