Added a few LED's to the trailer.........

For some reason the pic didn't turn out near as good as I wanted it to. The way I have these installed really looks good at night. Plus, it gives an outline of the trailer in the water helping during loading at night. I'll try to get some better pics later.

You can also see the Stratos decal I made and put on the hull toward the front (took the idea from BassCat). It's something a little different from other Stratos boats. If anyone else wants some of those decals, let me know. I do them for $12 a set shipped.

I would have loved to put a long strip down each side, but I just couldn't afford it.

    Hey Jason,

What kind of top end speed and performance are you seeing in the new STratos.
I know you said the other one would do 80gps.

Re: Added a few LED's to the trailer......... (bayoubugman)

I've only had this boat out one time so far. I put the first hour on it (3,000 rpms max), then upped it to 4,000 for a couple of minutes then hammered down for a short burst. It hit 79 on the Humminbird pretty quick but I came back out of it. This was with just me, fuel, one rod, and a few plastics. It felt strong and I really wasn't trying to make a high speed run so I don't even know how much trim I had left.

I will get some more time on it shortly and see what it will do with me and my gear.

Cool. If you've never been Clint it is a real treat. People have no idea what all goes into a boat being built. Until you can see first hand the different stages of the process, you just really will never understand.

Just be prepared for the scent of fiberglass and chemicals, typical of boat plant. Oh yeah don't wear sandals or you can't get in .

Yeah. Duane's kitchen really looks good. I never understood why they had that off-color rug in it though. I started to ask that night when I was there but forgot. Thanks for the pic Duane.

I've got a pic but it's actually of one of the decals that I had put on crooked but it'll give you an idea of what it looks like.

As for the color, I'd use a silver, white, or something light to show up on your hull. I can't remember what color your pins are.

I also like it installed farther up the hull toward the bow eye from where I have this one in the pic.
