Thats a nice rig, I had the 294 should be same hull. great running boat and should do real well with the Evinrude...
Tony, the 295 has all the bells and whistles that the 04 195's & current 294's dont. Its a great 19.5 ft boat. Same lower hull as the 294 that everyone raves about. I believe the 200 DI is a strong and reliable engine. If it's priced right and you like it, it should make you happy.

I have a 2007 295Pro XL w/05 200 EtechHo. Great boat, handles ruff water better than most. Came for a 186 Triton to this boat. Lots of storage. Great Tackle orginazation.
What kind of price to you have? I have mine for sale if interested. Listed on the Stratos for sale section.
Tony take a look at the last Stratos we have left. You did not mention the price of the 295 but I bet this 294 will be in the ballpark.
