Why does the gas tank not take gas, even on slow it still kicks off constantly? I mean like every 5 cents worth. How can this be fixed and is it warranty work?

The easiest thing to do is to turn the gas hose and nozzle upside down. The next thing to try is to remove the vent cap (it's a little tab inside of the filler cap). If these fail you can always remove the seats and the panel that covers the fuel tank. Once in there, shorten the fuel hose and remove any "dips" in the line.
i had to do this on my boat the vent line dipped below the fuel fill hose and once i cut it and shortened it i can now fill up my tank as fast as my truck....chris
I have the same problem on my '06 201 pro, but turning the gas pump upside down works like a charm. The only problem is you have to stand there and hold it the whole time, but you can pump it as fast as you wnat to.
My dealer told me that the hose basically runs level from the gas cap to the tank, with no downward angle at all. when you put the nozzel in normally it is pointed down, and the fuel builds up and shuts it off. when you turn it upside down it shoots the gas down the hose better.
I had uttered many a four letter word at 4:30 in the morning trying to fill my tank before a tournament and get to the lake until I learned this trick.
