Tune Up Help

Since I am having a horrible time finding someone who will work on my 1974 85HP Evinrude, a friend and I am going to do a tune up on my motor. What I need to know is what do I need to buy besides new plugs and a water pump kit. Does anybody sell all the stuff I need in one kit? Any help is appreciated.

there is no kit, but follow the factory service manual for the sychronization adjustements, timing, torque specs, and required service procedures.
