2007 21I power panel issues?????? please help

OK guys i have a problem with the power panel, getting ready for a tournament last night plug the boat up and hit the courtesy lights and notice that the Nav light came on and the gauges lit up. could not turn either one off so i took the main fuse out and let charge all night. everything was still working except light stayed on . so i get to the ramp put the fuse in and the gauges still light up so i hit the power and turn the graphs on and put the anchor light in put it in the water and take off get to the first spot all good go catch 2 fish put them in live well and hit auto fill , NOTHING, but main power and graphs still on just no acc like bilge or rec or fill. try to turn power off with button nothing. so i pull the main fuse again, put it back in and now all i get when i put the fuse in is the #1 blinking on the touch pad of the dmi system. power will not come at all.

Changed fuses and fuse coupling it was a little corroded

Need some help fast need to be on the water tomorrow

anyone else had this?????? is there a master reset for the DMI system

Try unplugging the main wiring harness and plugging to see if it will reboot , mine froze the other nite and i was able to reboot it.

In order to reset the DMS you will need to disconnect it from the battery for a couple hours and then reconnect. This will reset the DMS computer. Your DMS runs <u>everything</u> including the pumps, nav lights, etc. When I say everything, I mean everything passes through it except your trolling motor, start key for your motor, and the trim switch on your forward/reverse arm.

If you were only having problems with the pumps we could possibly narrow the problem down to something outside of the DMS. But since you're having crazy stuff going on with your computer and the keypad it's likely that your computer is fried. If rebooting doesn't do the trick it sounds like a $380 replacement computer will be the next course of action. It's very easy to change out.

just replaced mine on the 21-I , with water pump kit and labor it was $1350

actually unplugged it and let it sit over night plugged it back in and everything is working great thanks for all the help looks like i had a bad main fuse Holder. Thanks for your help again
