Not really.....I highlighted in bold your statement from a previous post below. In a much later post you backed up and admitted the lenses weren't the same, and even in that post, you tried to imply even tho the specs were different, they were just as good. Saying different things in different posts doesn't look too good.
You say "All processed to make them and materials used are the best on the market. If googled, you can see that almost all glasses brands use almost identical materials only difference mainly is the logo on the side of the frame. Solar Bat is half the cost of Costa with the very similar materials."
1) not sure what you mean by "All processed to make them and materials used are the best on the market"....just makes no sense...must have left some words out when you typed it in
2) The next statement, "If googled, you can see that almost all glasses brands use almost identical materials only difference mainly is the logo on the side of the frame. Solar Bat is half the cost of Costa with the very similar materials." says plainly you are claiming all brands are made with the same 'almost identical' material (this would include lenses since you said glasses not frames), and the only difference is the logo on the side.
3) clearly, you were trying to say yours were as good as costas, but yet you don't offer the same level of service as costas do.

Oops you must have missed one that I quoted for you below.
"@R.D. Just for your reference here are specs on the Costa lenseshttps://www.costadelmar.com/shop/sunglasses/technology vs specs from the Solar Bat lenseshttp://www.solarbat.com/pages/fishing-tints
I understand they are not identical lenses as Costa but they do have almost identical specs for light transmission which is what filters certain light ranges from getting through the lens. Just out of curiosity, when did you last own Solar Bats? Just want to get my information correct cause I would like to help you."
And for the message I just stated.
"Actually if you read above, I actually said lenses are not the same. They have almost identical light transmission per foot but not same lenses. I compared frames and co-injection process for nose pieces and such to Costas."
Sounds like that is what I said in the first place. I have never compared lens types to Costas only have compared lens light transmission which would be the same for prescription or normal lenses.
Has anyone drank the beer I suggested earlier?
But thank you. I'll stop dealing with nonsense of people trying to argue over literally nothing. I am promoting product I believe in and comparing similarities between brands while answering peoples questions. Everyone have a lovely Friday.
NO, I did not miss it, I even mentioned it in the 1st sentence of my post....I just didn't quote it.
What I am saying, is in the post I DID quote, you claim they are made from the same materials...not just frames, but glasses, which would include frames.
THEN, when someone asks about prescription glasses, THEN you admit the lenses (which are part of glasses) are not the same. That then makes your previous statement incorrect, which appears to be deceiving.
Like if I said all hamburgers are made the same.....and then I backtrack under questioning and admit my brand is really almost the same, but it has some pork in it instead of being 100% hamburger.
As for your description of your lenses vs costa.....2 rifles may not be the same brand, but they have the same specs, & they fire a bullet downrange....but the accuracy with which they do that is not the same, so you can't claim they are almost identical.
Kinda a deceitful way of advertising. Being the same and almost the same are totally different, but you represented your product as THE same, until questioned, then you said ALMOST the same.

Mama always shooed them bats away from the porch, said they were better in the yard. That's all I have to say about that.

You and Kybasser have been the only people that would like to cause trouble over any of this. If you have a problem with something, just ignore it and don't comment. Honestly you make no sense to me and I am sure it is not just me. I have said almost identical since the beginning and have even said they aren't the same exactly lenses but have the same specs. Have not made up any of the material I have posted. Thank you. Have a nice day.

Don't worry about them...they're probably Costa reps.
No, you haven't.
You at first say that your glasses (which is all inclusive since the term 'glasses' includes ALL parts used to make them- frames, lenses, nosepieces, lanyards, etc) are identical in material and construction to all other brands, and specifically you mention costas. Can you not see that lenses are also material and construction ?? If your lenses are different from costas, then they are not identical in construction as you previously claimed.
Perhaps you should have said the frames & nosepieces are identical, and broke out lenses, but you didn't.
Then, when questioned on it, you did break out lenses, saying they are not the same, which contradicts what you said earlier.
In my book, someone selling or extolling the benefits of a product should never compare them to any other brand and use words like identical, unless they indeed are. Cuz then when you go back and admit they aren't, it appears deceitful.
Not really trying to cause trouble over your product, even though I have not been impressed with them, but when I see things being said that to me are deceitful and misleading in order to make others think your product is as good as another better known brand, THAT is my problem with it.
I got nothing to do with either brand, other then being out some money.

Whatever happened to ERICH and RYANI giving their 20% off code reminder every few weeks? Really surprised they're not on this thread stroking.
Don't worry Ma'am....
I'm only here for the Bass.
I would say this young man has done an excellent job getting publicity for this product. 3,600+ views, 8 pages, and still going strong. Even bad publicity is publicity!!
