    How much to offer?

    I'm looking at a 2009 zx200 with a 2011 200 mercury pro xs this boat is at a dealeship and has not been registered yet so they are sitting on a 2 year old boat they are asking 31600 how much you think I should offer?

    I would say that is about what they have in it, so I would not expect a big discount from their asking price.
