Personally I would probably go with the larger boat. I have a 18.5ft boat and would like a larger one. I guess a big question is, What type of warrenty is available for the 08/225.

2021 Silverado/ 4 Banger
Go with the 20'. The ZX225 is one of the best fishing platforms ever built.
i dont care about size if it was me i would go with the new one, a zx 190 is plenty big enough also new boat means you controll the break in and all its use and 08 has 3 years run time ya it says 39 hrs on an hour meter but did they unplug it for a year ? you dont know just my2cents
I'd edge towards the ZX225 as that's more boat for the same money. What warranty does it have and can it be extended? 39 hours isn't a lot for that age of boat any idea why?
The 190 will be cheaper to run... it'll have more warranty and is still going to be a 60mph boat.
Do you like both color schemes?
Can you easily store both boats?

We might need some more info here. depending on how you use your boat and how big the lakes you are going to fish might make a big diffenence in what you should choose. I personally would go with the 225.
also, i don't believe you can unhook the hour meter. i believe it is built into the computer system of the motor. i could be wrong though. i just know that when checking the hours on my boat, my tech would hook it up to the computer to see.
I have a ZX-190 and love it, but if I had the opertunity to buy a ZX-225 I would

Depends on the if the hours came from an hour meter or were pulled from the actual motor through the ECU.
